Mike Abraham - 12u/16u HC - Player Development/Social Media

Mike Abraham - 12u/16u Jays Head Coach

Mike was born and raised in Worcester, Ma and attended St. John's High School in Shrewsbury for four years where he played football and baseball. Mike served as Captain of the baseball team his senior year and helped lead the Pioneers to a district championship in 2011. Upon leaving SJ, Abraham attended Eckerd college where he graduated in May of 2015 with a Bachelors degree in Management. Mike was a four year player at Eckerd splitting time catching and at 1b, occasionally at 3b. He served as captain of team during both my junior and senior seasons, leading the team in hitting my junior year hitting .347. Abraham was the recipient of the Triton Award his junior year, given to the student-athlete who reached the highest levels of athletic achievement, scholarship and leadership. 

 
Upon graduation, Abraham lived in Tampa for a year while working at The Hitting Academy, an indoor baseball facility located in Tampa, Fl. At THA I served as a private hitting instructor while also conducting group clinics, fielding lessons catching lessons and helping manage the facility.
 
Mike has been with NEB for 6 years now, where he serves as a lead instructor in the winter, head coach of our 12u and 16u teams as well as managing NEB's Social Media/Marketing.
