North East Baseball's Justin Bellinger was selected to participate in the 6th Annual International Power Showcase to be held at Chase Field in Phoenix, AZ home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and he did not disappoint.

Justin Bellinger hit a 477 foot home run in his preliminary round earning him the Babe Ruth "Collossus of Clout" Award for the longest Home Run and hit a total of 5 which was just outside of the Top 5 of the 91 hitters competing.  Bellinger was also named MVP of the USA vs. World game that was played on the last day of the event.

Justin will be playing with the North East Rays for the upcoming summer, and has committed early to Vanderbilt.

North East Baseball has also been well represented in past Power Showcase's featuring players such as Tyler McVicar (2010 Power Showcase), Gavin Patton and Chris King (2009 Power Showcase).
