It took 2 Walk Off wins on Sunday at the University of Rhode Island but the Mudhens won the David Plamondon Tournament. After going 3-0 in Pool Play only giving up 2 runs the Mudhens were tabbed the Number 1 seed.

During the Semi-Finals the Mudhens were matched up against the North Shore Vikings from Long Island. The game was tied 2-2 going into the Bottom of the 7th when Ted Christie hit a 1 out Triple and was followed by the game winning single by Jake Willsey.

The Finals which was against Expos Baseball out of New Jersey. Despite a gutty pitching performance by Vinny Wnukowski and Derek Bauer the 'Hens were trailing 4-2 going into the Bottom of the 7th After a couple hits and 2 walks the Mudhens had the bases loaded down 4-3, Zach Perry hit a Sac Fly to tie it and that was followed by a Mike Robert infield single to drive in the game winning run.
